This workshop explores the challenges of learning to pause, and the opportunities that arise when we step out of our incessant mental and physical activity and step into presence, clarity, and peace.
Over the course of four sessions (7-9 pm, May 29, June 5, June 12, June 19), participants ages 18+ will delve into personal development topics related to presences–awareness, gratitude, joy, and acceptance–and engage in enriching activities, group coaching, and meditation. Our skilled and accredited coach–Steph Melnychuk–will guide participants through interactive discussions and practices designed to inspire actionable change. These sessions provide a supportive space for gaining insights and tools that can be applied to both personal and professional aspects of your life. The camaraderie built in these sessions often leads to lasting friendships and a strong support network that will extend beyond the workshop.
