RED's Guest Services desk is open extented hours to allow for advanced pass pick up and/or purchasing. For the safety of our Staff and Guests in light of COVID-19, we are asking that all pass holders pick up in advance. To ensure the days leading up to and including Opening day are as seamless as possible, we have created a schedule with dedicated dates and times. However, we are nearing the end of this allocated schedule, if you haven't not picked up your pass, please pick up anytime before OPENING DAY.
A - G: Mon Nov 16 - Sat Nov 21
H - N: Mon Nov 23 - Sat Nov 28
) - Z: Mon Nov 30 - Sat Dec 5
If you have multiple family members/people with different last names, please pick up passes as one time, regardlaess of the last name. Eg: Different last names starting with L and R? Choose either of the two scheduled timeframes and show up together.
Waiver signing will be required by all pass holders 18yrs and older. Pass holders must be present to sign and pick up pass.
Guest Services Hours of operation starting Dec 12th:
Sat: 10am - 3pm
Mon - Fri: 8:30am - 4:00pm
- PLEASE NOTE: Masks are REQUIRED when entering our building. Directional arrows will be in place for entry and exit of the building, and physical barriers will be in place at the counter area. Hand sanitizer will be provided upon entry, and increased sanitization procedures will be in place. There will be no offsite pick up locations this season. All passes will need to be collected from RED’s Guest Services.
