Job Title: General Laborer
Location: Rossland, BC
Pay: $18 - $20 per hour (based on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking laborer for an immediate start at our construction site. This role involves various manual labor tasks to support the team, including site cleanup, material handling, and assisting with on-site operations. If you're someone who is physically fit, motivated, and ready to take on new challenges, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with general site cleanup and organization.
Lift and move materials, including up to 50 lbs.
Perform insulation tasks as required.
Complete various on-site tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Walk the job site frequently and navigate stairs.
Work safely with ladders (up to 5 feet off the ground).
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
Safety gear: Must have a hard hat, high-visibility vest, and steel-toed shoes.
Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
Comfortable with walking, stairs, and occasional ladder work.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
Preferred:
Previous labor or construction site experience (but not required).
